Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Policy
To comply with the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and provide a safe environment for children engaged in any program or service of Willow Foundation.
Applicable to all programs, staff, volunteers, interns, and partners who interact with children under 18 years of age.

Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace
To provide a safe and secure workplace free from sexual harassment for all employees, irrespective of gender, and to comply with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
